Fantastic Boutique Experience
efficient check-in friendly staff quiet neighborhood
The check-in process was seamless and very efficient. The staff was friendly and super helpful (they gave great recommendations). I liked the in-room amenities such as the complimentary tea and coffee. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet while still being a short walk to the city center.
This meant no evening cocktails at the hotel (i love cocktails!). The reception and lounge area was partially unfurnished too.

The hotel is situated in a nice residential neighborhood with easy access to trams and main roads. Good restaurants and stores are nearby. A private parking lot is available , a true bonus, though it may have limited spots.

The room had robes and slippers (loved those). The rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the room.

The reception staff was friendly (i really appreciated that) and were really nice too provide excellent service. They offered great restaurant recommendations and were always attentive to our needs. Breakfast staff are also always making sure things are topped up.

Really good stay
quiet area friendly staff delicious breakfast convenient parking
The location is superb, situated in a quiet residential area. It is near several attractions. I found the staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, offering many good choices, and the parking was conveniently located in front of the hotel.
The shower taps did not work perfectly, though it was a minor issue.

The room was clean and generously sized, easily accommodating two adults. It featured ample storage space and... blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night. The bed offered really good comfort, and the climate control system maintained a consistent temperature.

an okay stay
helpful staff tourist outings fantastic location faulty taps small bed missing soap
the staff were helpful. i asked for recommendations, and they helped with planning tourist outings. the location was fantastic, it was near a main shopping street. plenty of restaurants and cafes were nearby.
the doors to the toilet and shower was not okay. the shower taps didn't work well, this was irritating. there was also no soap in the shower. the bed was very small and didn't provide much space.
